This is something new I came up with for the year. Everyone has been in games where they did a lot but it doesn't show up in the stats. Sometimes it's the defensive lineman who doesn't get the sack but forces the QB to roll towards another player who gets the sack. Other times its the offensive lineman who keeps the other team's best rusher off his QB. Other times, it's the super receiver who draws double coverage and runs decoys to set up other plays or the corner who plays such tight coverage, the QB rarely throws to his receiver. These things don't show up in the stats but they should help the team as whole.
What these Team Stats do is show the Average numbers for the teams that each player was on.
For example, Charles only caught 21.43% of the balls thrown his way but his speed was so dramatic that defenses had to put good corners on him. As a result, he helped other players on his team have more opportunities. Teams that Charles was on completed 42.67% of their passes (note that this number is based on actual balls thrown, not accounting for sacks).
Another good example is Chenault whose teams gave up the fewest sacks compared to the other Die Hard players' teams or Adam whose teams had more interceptions per game than any other Die Hard players' teams even though he primarily played line.
It's true that not all of these numbers denote cause and effect. Correlation is not causation but they do point out interesting things and in many cases are meaningful. So with that in mind, here are the team stats by player.
