It was an EPIC game with one team going up early and the other fighting back to tie it up . . . twice. Then the first team pulled away late and had a 2.5 point lead and yet the second pulled up the win.
This was a game with terrific QB play by BOTH QBs: 91 dropbacks/passes thrown, only 3 picks. 899 YARDS PASSING!!! Over a 100 Point QB rating by both and 219 yards rushing between them. Simply spectacular play.
And we had receivers with huge games. 3 receivers with over 100 yards each, a forth with 96 and 5th with 94. 3 receivers with 2 receiving TDs each. And best of all, we had most of the old gang back together but managed to avoid having more than 18 guys (I really HATE subbing). What a great game.
