Four players had really big days on offense. Adam was the yardage leader with 108 yards but most of that came on one big play. Next was Chris with 98 based on 7 receptions that resulted in 4 first downs and a TD. Kuzi had 89 yards on 4 receptions and all of them went for first downs or TDs (3 and 1 respectively). Curtis may have only had the 4th most yards (86) but he had 2 TDs and a 1st down on his 4 receptions and 1 rush (that one rush being the fumble recovery - had he not caught it, the play would have been a 14 yard loss rather than a 4 yard loss).

Big days for Canadian, Chenault, Kuzi,and Shannon on defense. Canadian had a pass defensed and a defensive TD. Chenault had 3 sacks of which one was a safety. Kuzi was a triple threat with a pick, a sack, and 3 defensed passes. Shannon hada pick and defensed pass.

MVP: We have a very close race for MVP with the top three performances by Nick, Curtis, and Kuzi within 1 point of each other. With the points so close, I'm left to evaluate the games each had. While I can't criticize any of their games, Kuzi's game was the most balanced with serious contributions on both offense and defense so Kuzi gets the award this week. Congrats to Kuzi.
