Week 14 Game Summary - CORRECTED AGAIN:

Great game this week. Probably the best 9 on 9 we had all year.

Big props to Chenault who divided up 20 guys into very competitive teams. The pair-off-and-divide system worked very well last week. Lets keep working with that.

Also big thanks to the timely arrivals. We started the game at 9:05 which is incredible considering we had a huge game and a new method for selecting teams.

709 yards of offense in the game but with 10 players there was no 100 yard receiver. Canadian led with 87 yards on 2 catches for a 1st down and a TD. Next was Ray with 84 yards on 3 catches and a rush for a 1st down and a TD. Paul had 70 yards on 5 catches for 2 first downs. Possession receivers of the week were Adam and Treadaway who each had 3 catches for 3 first downs and Mark with 3 catches and 2 pitches for 3 first downs. Anthony had a nice debut with 50 yards, a 1st down and 2 TDs on 4 catches.

Flag leader was Paul with 7.5. Pick Leader was Street with 2. Sack leaders were Adam, Barry, Mark, and Chenault who each had 2. Barry also had 4 defensed passes.

36.5 yards per punt is pretty good considering one was a shank.

Awards:

MVP - Clearly Street for his great performance on both sides of the ball. 57.14% completion percentage (inspite of 3 drops) is amazing in a 9 on 9 game especially since there were no picks and he only took two 2 sacks. On the defensive side of the ball, 6 flags (second most) and 2 picks (one a pick-six) was also a leading performance. FYI in fantasy terms, Street had 37 points this week.

Offensive Player of the Game - It's hard to pick a winner here because of the number of players but I'm going with Anthony as the only 2 TD offensive player in the game.

Defensive Player of the Game - The difference in this game was probably pressure. Cain was sacked 4 times and pressured 11 times. Yellow was also defensing a lot of passes. The award was a toss up between Barry with 2 sacks and 4 defensed passes and Adam with 2 sacks and 5.5 QB pressures. Because the 2 of those QB pressures were on pick plays, the award goes to Adam this week.
