Nick had the biggest day with 443 yards and 5 TDs with only 1 pick but Leo's 69% completion rating was quite good and would have been better had he not thrown the pick to Day (the one to Jesse was not a good throw but at least it was thrown to Street who was on his team).

Canadian lead receivers with 163 yards and 2 TDs. Rick had 113 and a TD. Chris led yellow with 109 yards. Jesse had had 75 yards and a TD as well.

Adam actually led in defensive fantasy points with a Pick-Six and 4 defensed passes but Jesse's plays were bigger. He has 2 defensed passes and 3 picks - each of which likely saved a TD. Leo also had a big day with a pick, a sack, and 2 defensed basses. Nice debut by JG with 2 defensed passes as well. Chenault had 2 nice sacks one that dropped put yellow at 2-22 and the other that forced a turnover on downs.

MVP: In terms of numbers, there were a lot of worthy performances but the first test of an MVP is being a difference maker. There were three clearly worthy players this week:

1) Canadian had a huge game on offense and didn't do badly on defense.

2) Nick had a really terrific day at QB with huge yards, great completion percentages and his only pick was essentially a drop by Canadian. He didn't have big day on defense but did have a defensed pass.

3) Jesse had a massive game on defense and a strong game on offense.

If you saw the blog when initially posted, you'd know that I made a mistake and didn't code a TD correctly. That increased Nick and Canadian's stats and thus forced me to relook at the MVP award for the week. Nick had a great day as QB but I still think it was Jesse's picks that turned this game and its not like he didn't have a good game outside of those plays. In addition, had Jesse not made those picks, Adam would like likely had a 4 TD game and been MVP for Red had Red won. Jesse gets the honors two weeks in a row.
