Big games tend to result in turnovers and that was certainly the case this week where we had 6 of them. Still and all, you have to like the completion percentages and yards. Nick had 52.08% and 338 yards along with 5 TDs. Take away the drops and the completion rate jumps to 58.33%. Cain's numbers were quite good as well and even better when you consider he hadn't been out in about a month and I don't think he played QB his last time out.

Once again, Jesse and Canadian lead receivers with 124 and 107 yards respectively. Jesse led in TDs with 3 and we had 2 other players with multi-TD games: Chris and Kuzi each had 2. Chris and Kuzi were dependable receivers with high reception percentages, lots of yards (84 and 76, respectively) and first downs (4 each) to go with the 2 TDs. Very nice. Need to mention some heads up plays by Day and Chenault with timely, unplanned pitches that resulted in much extra yards as well as Day's 75 yards and TD.

Cain and Ethan each had 2 takeaways (Ethan, literally). Jesse had 1 pick but it was a pick-six and was the final nail. He also had 2 defensed passes. Gotta love Matta and Carlos who each had 2 sacks for 15 total yards lost. Kuzi had a sack for another 9 yards lost.

MVP - This was tough call because Jesse and Cain both had really huge days. From a strictly fantasy point standpoint, Jesse had the bigger day with 40 points compared to Cain's 35. Also 4 non-passing TDs is a fairly amazing day. I'm not sure we had another performance like that (other than that rain game at Round Rock where we played with no 4 on 4 with an all time QB and Nick passed for nearly 1000 yards). As such, the award goes to Jesse.
