That's game: 4 - 3, Yellow. Worth noting is that this is the 1st game that Yellow has won all year no matter who was on the team. Someone told me earlier this year that they thought Yellow had won one game but I can't find record of it. In any case, the curse of the yellow flags is broken.

Not a bad day for the QBs. Nick completed 43.48% of his passes with only 2 picks. Cain only completed 33.33% of his but he did have to suffer through 4 drops and a couple miscommunications with receivers - take out the drops and he'd have completed over 40% as well. Good numbers for both considering how windy and cold it was.

Ray and Jesse were leading receivers and had remarkably similar stats: 6 catches for 3 first downs and a TD with Ray getting 122 yards and Jesse getting 127 yards. Cain and Nick kept the ground game alive with Cain getting 144 yards for a TD and 3 first downs on 12 carries and Nick picking up 4 first downs on his 10 carries totaling 70 yards.

This was a big defensive game. There were 21 defensed passes. Jesse, Treadaway, Josh, and Zieser each had 3. Day, Adam and RChin each got 2. In fact, 10 of 15 players had at least on defensed pass. I think Josh got all his on the rush. Mark was sack leader with 4! Jesse led with 2 picks - one a pick-six.

Awards:

MVP goes to Jesse - the only player to score both on offense and defense.

Offensive player of the game goes to Cain with his 144 yards and a TD on the ground and 189 and 2 TDs through the air.

Defensive player of the game goes to Treadaway. 4 Sacks is pretty amazing but Treadaway's 3 defensed passes were all drive-enders and I believe 2 of them were in the endzone which kept Yellow from opening up a big lead and kept the game close until the end.
