3 Things:

There are 12 weeks left in the season. We play through the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend (unless lack of attendance or crazy heat force an earlier conclusion) which is May 23 this year. So remember, summer time is for healing and you've only got 12 more weeks to play. Man-up and get out there.

With that in mind, I like to encourage people to get there a few minutes earlier. For most of the year, we've had pretty timely starts but for a while now, it's started to get later (I'm not including 2 weeks ago when we had 10 guys out pretty early but no one wanted to start until we were sure we wouldn't get 2 more since a 2 person line game is better than a game without a line). March might be nice weather but it will start getting hot fast so early starts make for more comfortable games.

On the subject of resolving conflicts, I'd like to point out that the last two weeks have not had any arguments. Read through the Week 26 stats and you'll find two plays that were disputed and how they were resolved. I'm not saying everyone was happy with the results - I'm sure Anthony would have liked the TD on his play and Canadian and Adam would have liked credit for a beautifully executed Cuba-Libre - but they were fairly resolved and I don't think anybody walked away from the game (or even the plays in question) really upset. Kudos to the effort people are making to get a reasonable resolution, quickly and with no raised voices.
